All our tags are made from 14-16 gauge metal, which is about 2mm thick. We use a thicker material for durability as we know how active some pets can be. Our tags won’t bend, crack or break.

Yes, all of tags come with two stainless steel split rings. A smaller one that is attached to the tag and a second 25mm one to attach your tag to your pet’s collar. We supply two so that the tag sits proud on your pet’s chest.

Whilst our tags are made to last forever there could several reasons that your tag may deteriorate over time. The most common reason tags deteriorate is because they rub up against wet fur or get punished in mud, sand or dirt. The best way to keep your tag ‘good as new’ is to give it a wash and a dry occasionally.

Just remember that your tag is metal and will tarnish over time. This is a natural process and occurs when metal reacts to chemicals in the environment. A tarnished look adds an aged or a rustic element to the tag but can be removed if you prefer your tag gleaming bright. The care pack included with your tag will help restore your tag.

We all have our own individual tastes, and we understand if you might like a particular tag but want to add or remove certain parts of the tag to make it uniquely yours. We are more than happy to do this provided we have the design you want to add to the tag and have clear instructions from you as to placement of the additional design. Generally, this is included free of charge, but it is a case-by-case basis.

Yes, provided there is space on the back of your tag for two numbers then we will accommodate your request. However, if we find that we can’t fit two numbers on the back we will contact you. Generally, tags ¾” and under can only fit one phone number on the back.

Please double check spelling and phone numbers on your order. Provided we haven’t started your tag then you can change the details. You will need to contact us atinfo@nativewolfpettags.comASAP to advise us off the change. If we have already started your tag and unable to make your changes, we can offer you a discount on a replacement tag of 30%.

Prior to contacting us, please check your order to confirm you sent is the correct information. If it is our mistake, we are more than happy to redo your tag and send it to you free of charge. If you notice that you made the mistake, we are more than happy to redo your tag at a discounted rate of 30%. Shipping is not discounted.

Yes, you will get an email from us thanking you for your order and confirming your order with the tag details. We do this to eliminate any errors.

Our production time is 7-10 days. Shipping is with Australia Post and can vary from 3–7 days. Internationally delivery can take anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks.
