SHIPPING

We take pride in our work and like to keep track of where our tags are on their journey to you, so we only send our tags via Australia Post with a tracking number.

Your tag will take anywhere from 1 - 5 days for me to hand make and will be shipped to you via Australia Post. You will get a tracking number once it has been packaged up. Postage time can be anywhere from 1 - 7 days within Australia and 7 - 21 days internationally. These times can blow out during holiday and peak periods.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)

FREE SHIPPING - includes tracking and will be at your door anywhere from 1 - 7 days once posted.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside Australia)

TRACKED INTERNATIONAL - Unfortunately due to the high postage cost outside of Australia I cannot offer free shipping. However, I do absorb some of this cost and have passed the shipping cost at a reduced rate. International shipping starts from $7(AUD) and includes a tracking number.

You will be notified once your parcel has left our hands, and you can track it at any time through Australia Post.

Delivery time can vary depending on where in the globe your tag is travelling too. Please allow anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks for your parcel to arrive.
