REFUNDS

Please note that all tags are handmade by us and if you feel that your tag is not up to the standard you would expect from a handmade item then please contact us and attach photographs of your tags to info@nativewolfpettags.com as soon as you receive it. Contact must be made regarding any issues within 7 days of receiving your tag.

If the error lies with us, then we will remake your tag and resend it to you. However, we will not refund if you change your mind or your supplied us with the incorrect information for the tag.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving your tag and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
