Shipping policy

Our price includes a unique hand-crafted metal tag with the design of your chose with your pet’s name on the front of your tag and up to two phone numbers on the back if size permits.

As every tag is handmade, please allow up to 7 days for production.

We use Australia Post to ship all our parcels.

DOMESTICALLY (Australia)

You will be notified when your parcel is with Australia Post and given a tracking number at that time. We have included the tracking number as part of the shipping cost because we know how precious your tag is to you.

Delivery usually takes up to 3 business days but can take up to 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL (Overseas)

We also use Australia Post to ship our parcels overseas, with all parcels given a tracking number. You will be notified once your parcel has left our hands and you can track it at any time through Australia Post.

Delivery time can vary depending on where in the globe your tag is travelling too. Please allow anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks for your parcel to arrive. Again, you can track it at any time.
